Jacqueline brings over a decade of financial services experience, including five years with the Federal Reserve, advising banks and fintechs on governance, risk management, internal audit, and regulatory readiness across complex transformations.

Major Projects

  • Led a cross functional team of subject matter experts and former regulators to support a non U.S. bank’s successful acquisition of a U.S. bank, including support with the development of critical regulatory application materials.
  • Directed policy inventory gap assessments and policy content reviews for a non U.S. bank’s New York Representative Office to evaluate alignment with U.S. regulatory expectations and industry standards.
  • Managed and executed 30+ complex internal audit and regulatory issue validation engagements, including topics covering capital planning and stress testing, liquidity and asset-liability management, enterprise risk management, operational risk management, and regulatory reporting.
